The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) announced the 2025 Typical Application Cases of Advanced Computing Empowering New Quality Productive Forces. Three cases from Chengdu Hi-tech Zone were selected, accounting for 75 percent of Sichuan’s total. The Cyberspace Administration of China released the filing information for the seventeenth batch of domestic deep synthesis service algorithms, with 11 algorithms from 9 companies in Chengdu Hi-tech Zone successfully filed. The zone's industrial innovation achievements continue to lead in central and western China. Securing these two consecutive national-level recognitions further enhances the caliber of Chengdu Hi-tech Zone's artificial intelligence industry.

In the latest list of 2025 Typical Application Cases of Advanced Computing Empowering New Quality Productive Forces released by the MIIT, 59 cases across three major national directions were selected. Sichuan Province had 4 entries, with Chengdu Hi-tech Zone claiming 3 of them. This marks a national-level recognition of the innovation, R&D, and application capabilities of Chengdu Hi-tech Zone's AI industry.
The three selected cases cover three cutting-edge fields: domestic computing power infrastructure, cybersecurity, and quantum computing, showcasing both technical strength and application value.
Sichuan Huakun Zhenyu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.
"Huakun Yuanqi Enterprise-level Intelligent Agent Development Platform"
Leveraging a domestically developed TGHCI AI hyper-converged computing infrastructure and the Yuanqi AI development empowerment platform, this project provides a full-stack intelligent solution for semiconductor photoresist R&D. It serves as a typical practice of advanced computing empowering new material development. Since its implementation in September 2025, it has been put into practical application, helping to shorten the R&D cycle by over 70% and reduce trial-and-error costs by 60%. It has established a replicable integration paradigm of "Advanced Computing + New Material R&D," providing a benchmark for the intelligent transformation of the semiconductor industry and aiding in breaking through bottleneck constraints for China's high-end semiconductor materials.

Zhisuan Yunteng (Chengdu) Technology Co., Ltd.
"Cybersecurity Supervision Platform Based on Domestic AI Computing Power Infrastructure"
Co-developed by Zhisuan Yunteng (Chengdu) Technology Co., Ltd. and China Railway Chengdu Science and Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd., this project is built upon the full-stack domestic AI computing power infrastructure of the Chengdu Artificial Intelligence Computing Center. It creates an intelligent security solution deeply integrating artificial intelligence and high-performance computing, establishing a proactive intelligent network security defense platform featuring "cloud-edge-end" collaboration. Targeting enterprises, governments, and critical infrastructure sectors, it provides round-the-clock, all-scenario proactive defense and real-time threat management capabilities, achieving full-link autonomy and controllability from underlying hardware to upper-layer applications.

Chengdu Zhongwei Daxin Technology Co., Ltd.
"Quantum Computing Measurement and Control System and Its Core Chips"
As a national-level "Little Giant" enterprise specializing in mass-produced quantum measurement and control systems, Zhongwei Daxin collaborated with university research teams. Addressing three major bottlenecks in China's quantum computing industry—"slow measurement and control response, embargo on ultra-low temperature core chips, and inefficient quantum-classical computing power scheduling"—it developed an integrated advanced computing solution of "Measurement and Control - Quantum - Converged Computing." The project has achieved breakthroughs in core technologies for both the quantum error correction fast-feedback measurement and control system and ultra-low temperature core chips. It currently serves most domestic quantum computing integrated machine research institutions and enterprises, significantly improving the computational accuracy of quantum chips and shortening error correction experimental cycles.

Deep Synthesis Algorithm Filing
9 Companies, 11 Algorithms Gain National Recognition
In the seventeenth batch of domestic deep synthesis service algorithm filing information released by the Cyberspace Administration of China, 11 algorithms from 9 companies in Chengdu Hi-tech Zone were successfully filed. The number of filings ranks among the top in central and western China, highlighting the region's leading advantage in AI algorithm innovation. Among them, filed algorithms from China Mobile (Chengdu) Information & Communication Technology Co., Ltd., Yizhi Technology (Chengdu) Co., Ltd., and Sichuan Xinjianengda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. cover multiple fields including telecommunications, technology, and pharmaceuticals, demonstrating diverse pathways for the deep integration of AI technology with the real economy.

China Mobile Medical Multimodal Interaction Algorithm
Based on China Mobile's self-developed Jiutian multimodal large model, this algorithm integrates advanced technologies like Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision. Trained jointly on massive medical professional knowledge, clinical cases, and multimodal data, it can deeply understand medical language and generate professional content related to medical image description, interpretation, and test result analysis based on instructions. It has been deployed in medical institutions such as West China Hospital of Sichuan University and The First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University, comprehensively meeting users' complex and diverse interactive needs in different scenarios.

Xinjianengda Intelligent Customer Service Content Generation Algorithm
Also in the "AI + Healthcare" field, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Haoyisheng Cloud Healthcare Group—Sichuan Xinjianengda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.—deeply integrates deep synthesis technology with primary healthcare service scenarios. It provides intelligent support for pharmaceutical intelligent Q&A, procurement consultation, and intelligent prescription inquiries, helping primary medical institutions improve operational efficiency and diagnosis/treatment levels, and promoting the digital transformation of pharmaceutical services. Including this successfully filed algorithm, Xinjianengda now has three generation/synthesis algorithms filed, namely Xinjianengda Intelligent Customer Service, Zhenbaobei Order Consultation, and Xinjianengda Intelligent Prescription Inquiry.

Yizhi Technology Construction Industry Knowledge Generation & Synthesis Q&A Algorithm
Addressing the digital-intelligent transformation of the traditional construction industry, this algorithm integrates cutting-edge vectorized retrieval technology and intent recognition models. It effectively solves the problem of fragmented knowledge in traditional construction regulations, atlases, and industry standards, bridging the "last mile" of application. The system can automatically identify the professional field of a user's query, precisely locate answers within a compliance knowledge base strictly selected and reviewed by industry experts, creating a portable "super expert" for construction workers and managers.
Furthermore, algorithms from other Chengdu Hi-tech Zone companies, including Chengdu Yuanzhi Yingchuang Technology Co., Ltd., Chengdu Xishanju Shiyou Technology Co., Ltd., Chengdu New Feixiang Network Information Consulting Co., Ltd., 01 Space (Chengdu) Technology Co., Ltd., Chengdu Soundplay Culture Communication Co., Ltd., and Chengdu Eejingjia Translation Co., Ltd., were also successfully filed.

In recent years, adhering to the development path of "promoting industry through technology, attracting industry with computing power, nurturing industry with scenarios, and strengthening industry with ecology," Chengdu Hi-tech Zone's AI industry has achieved a leap from "accumulating potential" to "breakthrough and leadership." Beyond the two aforementioned national announcements, in the recent list of 2025 Metaverse Typical Cases released by the MIIT, 5 companies from Chengdu Hi-tech Zone were included. In the candidate list for Industrial Vertical Large Models and Industrial Intelligent Agent Key Cultivation Projects announced by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, 6 entities from Chengdu Hi-tech Zone were selected, involving 4 industrial vertical large models and 1 industrial intelligent agent, covering critical fields such as high-end equipment, energy, RF chips, and new materials.
Currently, the AI industry ecosystem in Chengdu Hi-tech Zone continues to improve, focusing on building a national highland for the AI industry. To date, Chengdu Hi-tech Zone has gathered over 700 AI-related enterprises, forming an industrial service system covering the entire chain of R&D, testing, and production. In 2025, the core AI industry scale of the zone exceeded 90 billion yuan, accounting for nearly half of the province's total. Core indicators such as computing power scale, number of algorithm filings, and enterprise concentration all rank among the top in central and western China.
The outstanding performance in these two national-level rankings is a vivid snapshot of the high-quality development of Chengdu Hi-tech Zone's AI industry. Looking ahead, Chengdu Hi-tech Zone will continue to focus on areas like computing power infrastructure, AI large models, and key technology breakthroughs. It will deepen the integrated application of "AI+", accelerate the development of a domestic, diverse, and heterogeneous computing power ecosystem, and assist Chengdu in speeding up its establishment as a national main front for AI industry development, a highland for the domestic computing power ecosystem, and an output hub for "AI+" solutions.
