FOCUS PROJECT
Intelligent Innovation Industry Space (Zone A) project is located on the west side of the Jintang-Jianyang-Renshou Expressway, covering an area of 84.4 mu with a total construction area of 116,700 square meters. Led by the Industrial Internet, the project is designed to build a core "multi-center and networked" industrial starting area that highlights the functions of R&D, incubation, and innovation. Intelligent Innovation Industry Space (Zone B) project is located on the south side of North Airport Expressway, covering an area of 23.8 hectares with a total construction area of 394,700 square meters.
Tianfu Campus of the Civil Aviation Flight University of China is located in the South Jiangxi Area, Chengdu Tianfu International Airport New City, with a planned land area of 107 hectares and a total construction area of 1.1775 million square meters. It includes 12 scientific research laboratories, 6 industrial training bases, and CAFUC High-altitude Plateau Medical Research Center, which will meet the needs of training 25,000 full-time students and more than 3,600 in-service personnel during the weekly peak period.
To incept the Futian TOD (transit-oriented development) project, a 3.3-kilometer road and a 200,000-square-meter science and technology space have been built. And an international solicitation announcement was issued for deep urban design and conceptual building plans for key areas in the starting area of the Future Science and Technology City, with the simultaneous and rapid introduction of major science and technology division facilities and innovation elements such as science and technology innovation platform, high-quality education resources, and high-end industrialization projects, focusing on the "future expression" with Chengdu characteristics.
The Science and Innovation Space of Sichuan University and the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) is located in the 4.6-square-kilometer starting area of Futian TOD, covering an area of about 44 hectares and a construction scale of about 300,000 square meters. Centering on the new generation of mobile communication, big data, cybersecurity, and AI, the Science and Innovation Space is aimed at building a "technology + talent + platform + scene" industrial ecosystem in cooperation with universities such as Sichuan University and UESTC.
Ecological Landscape Project of Jiangxi Portal Exhibition Area will build a new greening project of about 900,000 square meters, including the future Science and Technology City Exhibition Center of about 3,000 square meters. Adhering to the concept of building a park city, the project is based on natural ecology, makes full use of the Jiangxi River and ecological green corridors, and design architectural layout and create ventilation and landscape corridors according to the prevailing wind direction, so as to enable the full integration between the natural ecological landscape with community.
